To register, download the appropriate registration form at the bottom of this page or pick up a form from our office and mail it to P.O. Box 295, Burlington, WI 53105, register at the gym or register by phone with a credit card. Tuition can be paid by cash, check, Visa, Mastercard, or Discover. Payment options are detailed on the top of your registration form.  Don't hesitate to call us with any questions!

Classes you have selected are filled on a first-come, first-serve basis. You will be notified only when the classes you have selected are filled and we will then arrange an alternate time.

Membership
All students of Lakes Area Gym are required to be members. The annual membership covers mandatory insurance for each child as well as provides the members with discounts on Open gym, Parties and Special Events at the gym! Parents of our members are invited to make use of the workout area provided free of charge at the front entrance to the gym! The $25.00 annual membership fee is due for all new members at the time of registration and is paid annually on the student’s anniversary date.
($25 student/$50 family)

Family discounts
For each additional student enrolled in any of our classes, you receive a 10% discount . The first student is full price, the second 10% off, and each one after that is 10% off. Discounts are taken off the lowest tuition. Please take this into account when figuring your tuition!
